1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of GleamRX’s services. By using our services, you agree to these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

 

2. Services Provided

GleamRX offers eco-friendly, waterless car wash and detailing services. Service packages are available for individual vehicles as well as fleet cleaning. Customized plans may be created based on business needs and fleet sizes.

 

3. Booking and Payment

 

    •    All bookings can be made through our website or by contacting us directly.

    •    Payments are required upon service completion unless otherwise agreed upon in a written contract.

    •    For fleet services, a tailored payment plan can be arranged after consultation.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

 

    •    Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will not incur a fee.

    •    Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

 

5. Service Liability

GleamRX guarantees the quality of its work. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damages to the vehicle or fleet. Any claims of damage caused by GleamRX services must be made within 24 hours of the service being performed.

 

6. Fleet Agreements

For businesses with fleets, GleamRX will provide a tailored plan after consultation. Fleet cleaning schedules and pricing will be detailed in the agreement, and all services will be provided according to this contract.

 

7. Environmental Commitment

GleamRX uses a waterless cleaning method, reducing water waste and minimizing environmental impact. Our products are eco-friendly and safe for vehicles and the environment.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

GleamRX will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

 

9. Amendments

GleamRX reserves the right to revise these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

 

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, USA, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California, USA.
